Die Freiwilligen unterst\u00fctzen uns in der t\u00e4glichen Betreuung, bringen neue Impulse in die Kindergruppe ein und besuchen parallel einen Deutschkurs. Das Projekt bedeutet <strong>interkulturelles Lernen in beide Richtungen<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>F\u00fcr die Kinder sind die Freiwilligen eine wertvolle Bereicherung. Sie lernen andere Kulturen kennen, schnuppern in die englische Sprache und erleben Offenheit und Vielfalt ganz selbstverst\u00e4ndlich im Alltag.<\/li><li>F\u00fcr die Freiwilligen ist das Jahr im Wasserfloh eine intensive Erfahrung. Along with all this joy, there are also challenges \u2014 learning to guide the children through difficult moments, to understand each child\u2019s individual needs, and to respond with care and respect. This experience is also helping me grow personally, as I learn more about my own needs, ways of expression, and boundaries.&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erfahrungen mit dem Projekt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Projekt Interkulturelles Lernen in der Kindergruppe Wasserfloh ist ein gro\u00dfer Erfolg f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten:<\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Die Freiwilligen f\u00fchlen sich in der Kindergruppe und im sozialen Umfeld sehr wohl. Sie profitieren sowohl sprachlich als auch pers\u00f6nlich von ihrem Aufenthalt in \u00d6sterreich, lernen die Kultur kennen und haben viele Gelegenheiten Kontakte zu kn\u00fcpfen.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Kinder ist die Anwesenheit der Volont\u00e4rinnen eine gro\u00dfe Bereicherung.
